Start:Hello I'm Callum today I'm going to show you the ins and outs of the world of warcraft a game created in 2004 by a company called Blizzard entertainment. World of warcraft is an MMORPG (Massivley multiplayer online role playing game) set in the world of Azeroth. This world was created by a group of gods called the titans who crafted it to be a world of peace and harmony but then another group of gods called the old gods came and corrupted the world causing war and hate after finding out the titans declared war against the old gods even though the old gods where outnumbered the titans still lacked the power to defeat them but finally after a long fight managed to kill one but soon found out that this was a bad idea as a big piece of land was corrupted and dismantled so instead of killing the old gods the titans trapped the old gods under azeroth and left the world to the races that would be built upon there. The strongest titan sargearas was soon corrupted by the old god Yog Saron which caused him to go mad with power but also turned him into a demon and he fled to another world and formed the burning legion a army of demons hungrey for power so they went to different worlds destroying them and eventually found there way to azeroth upon finding this world the races that had been there for a long time soon found out and made a stand against the burning legion and got word that demons where trying to sumon kil'jaden the deceiver so they traveled to the sunwell to stop him from coming to wreak havoc on azeroth after stopping kil'jaden the leader of the night elfs queen azura was being corrupted and decided after the recent failure at the sunwell helped power the well of eternity to bring sargares into the world as it was the only way he could get through but half way through the ritual mannoroth the commander mocked azura as he thought she was weak but did not know of her power which she used to destroy him stopping the ritual and prventing sargerass to come into azeroth but he actions did not go unpunished when the heros of azeroth found out she was cast under the great sea. A lot more actions went in the world of azeroth such as the rise of the lich king and the cataclysm caused by the black dragon aspect deathwing but now we will go on to the actual game play


When loading up world of warcraft you will be greeted with a character select screen. In world of warcraft you have a list of different realms which vary from pvp pve rp and rpvpve. At the bottom of the screen there is a create character button which you use to make different characters. There is a list of different races and classes which are spilt up in to two factions alliance and horde and pandaren which can be either alliance or horde. There are 11 different classes which are: Warrior, Hunter, Rouge, Priest, Shaman, Mage, Warlock, Monk, Druid, Death Knight and Paladin only certain races can be certain classes such as only Worgen and Night Elf can be druids for the alliance and Tauren and Troll for the horde for this video I will be showing you the Tauren Paladin. When you have decided what race and class you want to be you can customize your character with things such as hair style and what there face looks like some classes have unique features such as Taurens can change their ring on their nose. Then you name your character and enter the world. At the start you will be greeted with a cinematic which will give you some background story on your race this cinematic can be skipped. your general UI will be 1 action bar which is bind to the number keys you will also have a map and your character portrait showing health and a secondary resource which on most classes is mana. In the interface menu you can add things such as auto loot and more action bars you can also change the quality of the game depeing on how good your computer is. to level up you have to do quest which grant experience and you also have heirloom armor which will give you a 10% experience increase per piece or armor. The map will show you were your quest are and what you are supposed to do. when you get to a higher level there is a selection of mounts you can use some of them are for the ground and some are for flying but if you have enough hierloom armor bought you get a ground mount which you can use for any level. For this quest we have to kill six quillboars as you can see hierloom armor makes you powerful at a low level. upon leveling up you will gain new moves on that character some which do damage some that heal your character and some that make your moves better for a period of time also know as buffs. Now I am going to show off a max level character and the difference between level 1 and level 100. As you can see there are a lot more moves one move that is special to the mage class is they can make portals to certain places mainly main city's. There is a mailbox in the game which can be used to send different things between players. At level 15 you earn your first talent point which you gain move of when you level up talent points can be spent to upgrade moves and give you new ones but you can only have a certain amount and you can also only use 1 for the level in talents. There is a big difference in damage and health between level 1 and 100 as on a level 1 character you do about 15 damage per second which is shown in the red box in the bottom corner of the screen but at level 100 you can hit around 30k without buffs and 50k with buffs if you use the right moves and have good enough armor. That is World of Warcraft an mmoprg which made over 10 billion dollers in 2012 and played by over 5 million players I hope you enjoyed it and goodbye.
